RentByMonths provides an online marketplace connecting landlords and tenants for furnished monthly rentals. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• You must not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users.

3. Listings & Content

Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, photos, and property descriptions. RentByMonths reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without notice.

4. Payments & Fees

RentByMonths may charge service fees for bookings made through the Platform. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by listing. Tenants should review the cancellation policy on each property before booking. RentByMonths is not responsible for disputes between landlords and tenants regarding refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

RentByMonths acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to any rental agreement between landlords and tenants. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any rental transactions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
